You can simply click on a drop-down menu to choose your preferred currency for payment. This will provide you with greater price transparency, potential savings with your banks, and more payment options.

Changing Your Tour or Date of Travel
30 DAY NO-FEE FLEXIBILITY
Book any Small Group Tour of Ireland, pay a €180 deposit, and change the dates and tour for free* up to 30 days before departure.
FINANCIAL SECURITY
Our booking system, WeTravel, does not store any sensitive user information. It immediately transmits financial data such as credit card numbers and passwords to our payment providers. In the US and Europe, we use Stripe, and in Canada, Australia, and South Africa, we use Mangopay. This ensures secure transactions with top-tier encryption and certification.

Cancelling Your Trip
Our TRAVELFLEX option gives you freedom from financial worry or tie-ins by allowing you to delay your departure and transfer your payment to another date of your choice, free of charge.
We want you to have clarity in where you stand with us going forward and allow you to feel totally comfortable about changing your mind if you decide to.
TravelFlex Booking Option:
Book any tour of your choice, pay a €180 deposit and change the dates and tour for free* up to 30 days before departure.
Choose and change to any available departure an unlimited amount of times
Cancellation Policy:
Following your payment of part or all of the Fees, if you cancel your Tour:
(a) more than 30 days before the start date of the tour, the deposit is non-refundable (can be deferred to another tour). A full refund (excl. deposit); and
(b) within 30 days from the start date of the tour, the deposit is non-refundable (cannot be deferred to another tour). No refund.
If you cancel on the tour’s start date or any time thereafter (including by leaving the tour) or do not show up for the tour, you will be liable to pay the fee in full, and no refund will be made. We will notify you as soon as possible if we need to suspend or reschedule a tour.
