Ireland Tours from Dublin

We booked a private tour with Irish Experience Tours for a group of friends and family, and from my very first conversation with Sean through our final airport transfer, the entire experience was wonderful.

Sean made the planning process easy and helped personalize the itinerary for our group. The trip included the major sights we hoped to see, like the Cliffs of Moher, along with some unexpected highlights — one of our favorites was the sheepdog farm demonstration. We also loved all the scenic stops along the way. Ireland’s landscapes are truly spectacular, and the coastal drives, castles and cathedrals made every day memorable.

Our small bus was perfect for the group — comfortable seats, plenty of leg room and WiFi.

The hotels were also very well chosen, with a nice variety that included charming village hotels, a castle stay and a beautiful resort and spa in Killarney. And of course, every morning started with a hearty Irish breakfast!

A trip like this really depends on having the right guide, and we absolutely did. Des was fantastic and such a great fit for our rather boisterous group. He was knowledgeable, funny, kind and a wonderful storyteller. He also became our unofficial meteorologist, adjusting our days whenever possible to take advantage of the best weather and avoid the famous “Irish mist.”

For many of us, this truly was a trip of a lifetime. I’m so grateful to Sean, Des and the entire Irish Experience Tours team for taking such good care of us from beginning to end.

I would absolutely recommend this company. They offer so many different itineraries and experiences — the hardest part may simply be deciding which Irish adventure to choose!

The experience was amazing. It was a group of only 16 and we had a nice-sized bus with plenty of space. Our tour guide, Lee, really made the trip. He had great knowledge of all the areas in Ireland where we visited, and he was extremely entertaining, kind and friendly. I can't say enough about him. The tour was a great value also compared to some of the other tours I have taken. You won't be disappointed if you choose Irish Experience.

Bus was Clean, safely driven, plenty of sites to see, interesting facts about the country, personal insights provided by tour guide Lee, logistics clearly explained, nice hotels, comfortable pace. I would go again except I have a lot of the world to see still.

An Amazing 11-Day Trip Around Ireland! 🇮🇪☘️

After doing a lot of research, we decided on the Ultimate 11-Day Ireland Tour with Irish Experience Tours, and we are so glad we did! We chose this tour because it included Northern Ireland, and it gave us a great opportunity to see both Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.

When we were researching tours, Gemma called us back and answered all of our questions. That really helped us feel comfortable with our decision.

And then we met our guide, Sean—and we really hit the jackpot! He was wonderful. His knowledge of Ireland was incredible. He added history, culture, music, and even environmental facts to our drives and stops, which made everything so much more interesting.

We saw so many amazing places, including the Cliffs of Moher, Kylemore Abbey, Ring of Kerry, Galway, Slieve League Cliffs, Kerry Sheep Farm, and Torc Waterfall. We saw the famous places, but we also got to experience some of the lesser-known spots that we wouldn't have found on our own.

There were 15 people on our tour, which turned out to be a lot of fun. We got to know everyone and made some new friends along the way.

Our accommodations were a great mix of B&Bs, hotels, and even a castle, which was definitely a highlight! Everything was clean, comfortable, and in convenient locations. Sean also gave us suggestions for restaurants, live music, and things to do in the evenings before dropping us off.

Every day, Sean would go over what we would be doing the next day, so we always knew what to expect. He really went above and beyond to make sure everyone was having a great time.

We came home with so many wonderful memories of Ireland, and Sean was a big part of making the trip so special.

This was our second trip to Ireland. This 7 day tour was our BEST trip to Ireland! Our tour guide and driver, Seanie, got us to Blarnie Castle, the Cliffs of Moher, and Kylemore Abbey before the crowds. He knew the best places for dinner and good craic in every town.
We chose to stay at B&Bs in each town
The B&Bs were great. We enjoyed the homey rooms, personable owners, and great breakfast.
The small tour size meant we all got to know each other. We left Ireland with 15 new passengers - Seanie and all the other passengers.
Seanie made our trip extremely enjoyable without the stress of planning.

My experience was awesome 😁 Our 11 day tour guide Seanie was a wealth of Irish history throughout the centuries. He explained the history for each of the towns and counties. I loved the small group atmosphere. We grew close to one another and enjoyed this amazing adventure together. I truly felt I was shown how beautiful and amazing Ireland really is. I also loved the fun banter with our guide. He was my missing cousin lol. A family experience. I really liked the small refrigerator onboard to keep my beverages cold. I would recommend using this company if you wanna have a fun time and learn about Irish history 😁☘️🇮🇪

WOW! From Castles to Gardens to the Wild Atlantic—this was the BEST 11days/10 nights tour of Ireland I could have imagined!! Our group of five began in Dublin and headed southwest to Kinsale. Our coach-bus driver (Lee) was a “walking encyclopedia.” His knowledge and passion for his native country exuded with joy, love and humor of the Irish people. The following morning, we were on our way the to the Blarney Castle. Lee made sure we arrived early to avoid the long lines for Kissing the Blarney Stone. His attention to every detail was magnificent! When we took the ferry to the Aran islands, he delivered us early enough to board and sit on the side w/the best view! The walking tours were wonderful with guides that Lee had researched for their knowledge and presentation. The group photos, the pubs and restaurants were all suggested by our fantastic host/driver. Did I mention… he picked up our bags from our bedroom doors each morning to load the bus while we ate our nourishing “Irish Breakfast.” Shortly after departures, He made pitstops for “toilettes and snacks.”
Every detail was above and beyond expectations. I will only travel again with Irish Experience Tours!!!

This was a breath of fresh air to all involved , the passengers were all sick from their flight from Canada to Ireland , upon arrival the driver got sick , we limped around Ireland day to day viewing the spectacular Ireland.

It was a bit flat until this looper turned up with a captains sailor hat from 1912 Titanic , immediately we were cast into a spiders web of ADHD meets Brehon law story telling. THE laughs , we choked for air , we saw the Full Moon of the driver at the break down of the bus as we wondered how on gods earth did this force tour de vivre invade our eyes. What stories , what music , what an adventure ! Go and visit Ireland and ask for the guy with the sailors hat. Can't remember his name now as he had so many personalities to recall.
