Visiting historic sites, picturesque towns, bustling cities, and some of the most beautiful scenic locations I've ever seen. Our guide, Sean, shared the incredibly complex history of Ireland with us while highlighting the beauty, kindness, and resilience of her people - the stories, music and history shared were always relevant to the areas we were visiting each day. Our B&B accommodations were amaizng, the tour bus was the perfect size allowing everyone to have their own space while being close enough to laugh and talk while getting to know one another. The attention to detail in planning these trips, while maintaining flexibility in the schedule to accommodate weather changes and group requests, speaks to the dedication of the entire Irish Experience Tours team to ensuring every guest has the best experience possible. Terrific tour of the Atlantic coast of western Ireland! Sean was a great guide: friendly, informative , efficient, and wonderful at maneuvering the small bus, which is so much more fun than a huge 50 seater! The hotels were well chosen, Sean’s advice on restaurants and things to do and see were impeccable, and we would love to tour the rest of Ireland with him! We not only had a great time, but learned a great deal about Irish history. The scenery was spectacular, the towns picturesque, and the Irish people friendly and welcoming.

Sean give us an excellent tour of Western Ireland. We saw absolutely almost everything there was to see. Sean is an excellent driver, and great guide with an extensive knowledge base about his beloved country, Ireland, as well as its history. We will never forget the awesome, and incredible beauty of western Ireland. Our small tour bus was very comfortable, and Sean made frequent stops for our itinerary, food, specialty stores, sheep dog demonstrations, even feeding a baby sheep, yet kept us moving along and seeing all the castles, cathedrals, pubs, and landmarks along the way. The hotels were all wonderful! Thank you Sean for one of the best trips of our lives! The West is Best!

Sean Powers of Irish Experience Tours made my Ireland vacation everything I hoped for and more. There is so much to see and so much history. The tour offered excursion choices and down time to explore in our own. A complete package.

My family group of 7 just returned from an amazing 13-day guided tour with Irish Experience Tours. I just loved the comfortable spacious bus and the 16 person maximum tour size. When I visited Ireland twice before it was with me driving a rental car so I only saw small portions of Ireland. This tour itinerary was created to truly provide the Irish experience. My personal favorites were the beautiful town of Westport the winner of “Tidy Town” awards and the days spent touring the Dingle Peninsula - what scenery! Top that off with our guide, Anthony’s, Irish humor and deep knowledge of his country and you have an amazing vacation!

We had a great trip with Irish Experience Tours. First and foremost, Kieran was an excellent guide, kind, patient and knowledgeable. He was a safe and courteous driver on some narrow and challenging roads. Punctual and good about gently "herding the cats". The tour part was very good generally, although with some room for enhancements, in our view. The bus was very comfortable and well kept. Everything as well organized, and no real hiccups. We opted for the "premium" hotel package on the 7 Day Atlantic Way Experience. Generally the hotels were pretty good, although a couple were "ok" for the "premium" accommodations. Also, understanding that tours are going to be somewhat formulaic, it would be great if they could take advantage of being in a smaller bus to stop at some roadside stop that avoid the larger crowds that come with large busses (some of the shorter/smaller stops, and choose a local pub instead of a chain roadstop for lunch). Some travel days are a little long and we almost skipped going out the days to Kylemore Abbey after a longer tiring travel day, as others in the group did. That would have been a mistake, as that was a highlight day and we are glad we went. Overall, we had a really good trip, Kieran was an excellent host. Highlights were Dingle, Killarney National Park, Kylemore Abbey and Galway. Scenery and culture were great, and making it a little more bespoke by taking advantage of being in a smaller tour would make it even better.

Best trip ever!! Our guide, Anthony, was friendly and very knowledgeable about Ireland. It’s a great value for the price and includes accommodations.

Many thanks to Irish Experience Tours and expecially to our tour guide Kieran (!) for an awesome trip through Ireland!! We did the '8 Day Irish Castles & Coastal Experience - Small-Group Tour'. The tour started in Dublin, first day driving to Westport, and then to the South-West on Wild Atlantic Coast Way, then until Cork and by train back to Dublin. Every day offered us great experiences, and enough time in the evening to go to local pubs and enjoying live music, while have some pints of Guiness and all the other lovely local beers and whiskeys. We also tried very nice Irish food, especially we liked the local mussels. Thanks to Kieran for his recommendations! The group was only 9 people and all very nice and kind. It was our first time in Ireland - we loved it so much! We are sure to come back again! 🙂

An excellent tour, with a very knowledgeable guide (Sean), incredible scenery and side trips, and many options to experience nature and music down the west of Ireland. We stayed in clean, comfortable hotels, heard great music, and had a wonderful time. I really enjoyed learning tidbits of history and peeking into the stories of a very beautiful part of the world.

Thinking back, it really was the best trip of my life. Our tour was so well organized, we saw stunning landscapes, towns, architecture. Rooms, bus, food and our group was wonderful. Sean our driver guide is so funny he kept us laughing. He was constantly trying to meet our needs, make sure we were having fun and stay on schedule. Ireland is beautiful, friendly, clean, modern and there is music everywhere. 40 shades of green. During our journey Sean would share stories of the region or town we were going to and then he'd play a song. There's an Irish song for everything. He taught us some Gaelic and words to some songs and sometimes the whole bus would be singing. We were so happy. I highly recommend this trip.

We enjoyed Sean’s knowledge as he took us to so many beautiful, memorable, historical and amazing locations. All of our hotel rooms were attractive and comfortable. Every breakfast offered many delicious options. This she’s a great trip!

We had an absolutely amazing time on our 10 day tour of Ireland! Our guide Lee was amazing. He was interesting and knew so much about the places we visited. You could tell that he put great care into making sure we were enjoying ourselves. He made it seem effortless, but there had to be alot going on behind the scenes, but we were never aware of it. I cannot recommend them (and Lee) enough.

Irish Experience Tour If you wish to experience the wonders of Ireland, Irish Experience Tours is the way to go. Cannot say enough about this company. Our tour guide and driver, Sean, went above and beyond. His knowledge of the country was amazing and his driving skills through the towns and countryside along with his humor and music choices made for a very enjoyable experience. The excursions, lodging, and dining were all that you could have asked for. And with a small group, it was easy to get to know one another and make new friends. Overall, Irish Experience Tours is the only option for seeing the true beauty of Ireland and learning about its heritage and people. Definitely, a 5+.
